Fits 1987-95 Wrangler YJ.
Wranglers have an issue with the frame rusting at the rear leaf spring shackle mount area. Moisture and gets trapped around the rubber leaf spring bushings, while sand, salt and mud gets trapped inside the hollow frame rails, usually resulting in total rust-through all the way to the spring mounts.
This is for the left (driver's) side.
